healthy snacking

healthy snacks are just really so very hard to get used to! my new goal is to better what i give my stomach when hungry or just simply when having a crave.  That being said the only snack i seem to be able to eat are apples...ugh so dull and boring but hey! apples are healthy.  i have also incorporated my blueberry smoothies, which are delicious.  so far i think i am doing well but gosh every now and then yes i do snack on chips, ice cream, cookies, and i of course always ALWAYS drink my coffee regularly...
