Food - Healthy Snacks


Having an office job and snacking healthy is harder than it seems.  Having a schedule and preparing your snacks ahead of time is a must if you want to cut the calories you acomulate whilst sitting in front of a computer 8 hours per day, five days a week....

I snack on an apple everyday from 1:30 - 2:00, yes it is always around this time, and if I really want to indulge I try to keep a mini bag of salted popcorn(no butter!!! Plus I don't like buttered popcorn) in my desk drawer! Also! Remember to drink lots of water!
