I got my sister to help me with this post.  I wanted to share a fitness routine with you guys and since she is a little more into that than I am I thought she would be great for the poses.

Our first attempt didn't go so well, she tried to do that (↑) pose and here is the result (↓)

Next, this requires a lot of balance and I myself tried executing this difficult pose but was unable to.

This pose is probably the one my sis enjoys the most.  She said it is relaxing and calming.  I find that hard to believe actually.
